Childcare Bookings.

What is included in this service?

1. Qualified educator coming to your residence.

2. Educator will arrive 5 minutes prior to booking start time to discuss or fill out any additional documents.

3. Resources (e.g., drawing & painting equipment).

4. Basic first aid kit.

What is not included in this service?

1. Please provide nappies and wipes (enough for the duration of care).

2. Please provide ALL food (pre-packed in lunchboxes).

3. Please prepare ALL bottles and formula with the correct amount of formula to water ratio.

4. Extended travel or surcharges.

5. Late or additional fees.

Hours in care:

• Parents MUST give an hours’ notice if they need any additional hours added to their care. However, in some situations educators may have other bookings where this isn’t possible.

Emergency Care:

• Parents MUST understand that educators will need at least 1 hour prior to care commencing to prepare for their day and travelling to your destination.

Travel:

• We have an additional travel fee of $30 for areas outside of the 25km range.

School Holidays:

During the school holidays we can go on ‘excursions’ with children to various locations. Depending on the location there may be an extra charge. This will be discussed prior to your confirmation of booking (email to book this type of care – ihe.eductaion@outlook.com).

There will be additional forms such as the below that will need to be filled out prior to care commencing:

• Transporting children form

• Medication form (if applicable)

Additional forms:

There will be additional forms that parents will need to fill out before, during or after the care has commenced. Some of these are as follows:

• Transporting children

• Medication forms

• Incident report forms

• Pre-authority forms

Payment:

• All care MUST be paid in FULL upon booking.

• Any additional fees (late fees, extra curricular activities, emergency care – supplying food for child/children, additional hours after initial booking) will be deducted from nominated bank account by using the pre-authority form which will be filled out upon booking.

Cancellation Policy:

• If the care is cancelled 48hrs prior to booking, 50% of payment will be charge.

• If the care is cancelled 24hrs and under, a 100% of payment will be charged.

*EDUCATORS have the right to refuse service if they feel uncomfortable on your premise.
