NDIS Bookings.
What is included in this service?
Support worker coming to your residence.
Support worker will arrive 5 minutes prior to booking start time to discuss or fill out any additional documents.
Basic Resources (e.g., drawing & playdough etc.).
Basic first aid kit and PPE.
What is not included in this service?
Extended travel or surcharges.
Late or additional fees.
Hours in care:
Clients MUST give an hours’ notice if they need any additional hours added to their care. However, in some situations educators may have other bookings where this isn’t possible.
Emergency Care:
Clients MUST understand that Support Wokers will need at least 1 hour prior to care commencing to prepare for their day and travelling to your destination.
Travel:
We have an additional travel fee of $30 for areas outside of the 25km range.
Additional forms:
There will be additional forms that parents will need to fill out before, during or after the care has commenced. Some of these are as follows:
Transporting children
Medication forms
Incident report forms
Pre-authority forms
Payment:
All NDIS clients will need to provide and complete all required documentation for invoice purposes.
Please use code - NDIS2024 at the checkout. This will ensure that you are not charged, and your plan can be charged accordingly for support provided.
Any additional fees (late fees, extracurricular activities etc.) will be invoiced to your plan.
NDIS Cancellation Policy:
If care is cancelled the week of care commencing, a 50% of payment will be charged.
If the care is cancelled 48hrs prior to booking, 75% of payment will be charge.
If the care is cancelled 24hrs and under, a 100% of payment will be charged.
*Support workers have the right to refuse service if they feel uncomfortable on your premise.
